I’m Karen Kerney. With 14 years of experience in the fitness industry and 8 years as a full-time personal trainer, I know what it takes to help you discover a better you. We’ll determine your goals and then combine TOTAL BODY TRAINING WORKOUTS with NUTRITIONAL ADVICE and SELF WORKOUT PLANS to deliver the customized training program that you deserve. And we’ll have fun doing it!
